Frightening people while showing success stories rarely works. It misses what's going on. People buy illicit drugs for pleasure or addiction despite high prices and severe medical and legal risk. Demand for these weight drugs likely rivals demand for ordinary recreational substances, from a different crowd for different reasons, so stopping it is close to impossible, particularly as they arrive in countless small parcels among millions of others, making detection hopeless.
