Okay, so I was at my highest of 207 lbs (94 kg). Managed to shed about 22 lbs through diet and exercise, but I hit a wall at 185 lbs (84 kg) for like, ever. Also dealing with PCOS and lipedema, which makes things extra challenging. Started sema about 4 months ago and I'm down 26 lbs! My goal is another 30 lbs to hit 128 lbs. Haven't seen this weight in maybe 7-ish years. Fingers crossed I can keep it off!

PCOS *and* Lipedema? That's so unfair! I have Lipedema. Does the medication seem to help with the inflammation from lipedema at all? You look really great btw 😊

Congrats on the weight loss! What's your height, if you don't mind me asking? I'm 5'1", currently 128 lbs (started at 149 lbs) and have been on sema since mid-July. Before this, I was stuck in a cycle of losing the same few pounds over and over. Despite a good diet and exercise, I was even diagnosed with a possible eating disorder because I wasn't intaking enough calories. Some people insisted it was thermodynamically impossible to not lose weight, given my low intake and activity level. But clearly, that isn't always the case, and you're another example of that. So happy for you!

Wow, only 4 months on Mounjaro? You look fantastic! Could you possibly share what dosage you are on and if you were sticking to a specific eating plan or workout?

You look fantastic! Super motivating. I started around 200 and I've dropped about 40lbs since July. My target is 135. Also have PCOS, so losing weight has been a struggle over the years. Congrats again!

Yes, it does seem to help! I love how this helps with lipedema. I’ve definitely noticed that my legs are improving too.

You look great! Getting stuck is real. This drug is nothing short of a miracle! Keep up the good work; I haven't been my current weight in over 20 years!

If this is you

, if you don't mind me asking, how tall are you? Because if I looked like that, I'd probably stop taking it! So happy for you!

Congrats! It’s great to finally see results when nothing else seemed to work. It sounds like, like many of us, your body has difficulty losing weight naturally, even with calorie restriction, which can indicate metabolism and insulin problems. You might need to continue meds even after you reach your goal, or you could see the weight return no matter what you do. Just trying to give you a heads-up.

Congrats, you look amazing! I have also lost 30 pounds in 6 months, slowly but surely working towards my goal weight. I'm starting to notice some loose skin on my arms and thighs. Did you have that issue, and if so, how did you handle it?

You don’t look like you need to lose 30 lbs, maybe 10. Go by what you see in the mirror, not the scale.

Congrats again! I saw someone on Reddit say they woke up one night and touched their ribs and got scared LOL. They hadn't felt their rolls in so long they though they broke something!
