Under 3 bills for the first time in years!

Welcome to the semaglutide forum! Just a quick reminder: let's keep the discussion focused on FDA-approved versions of semaglutide. No buying or selling meds here, not even in DMs. If anyone tries to sell you something, don't respond—they aren't supported by this group. New to sema? Check out the for helpful info. Just trying to keep things running smoothly!

Losing a great deal of weight is WONDERFUL!!! Pay no mind to the foot comments. Once I went below 300 taking care of my feet was hard! I'm now at 190 and they are much easier to reach!

Hey everyone, thanks for the kind words! It's been a long journey, but I'm feeling so much better. Seeing the scale drop has been incredibly motivating!

It's wild how much your life improves when you regain mobility and reduce your reliance on meds. Keep crushing it! Just be sure to listen to your body and make sure you're getting enough nutrients.

It’s so encouraging to hear stories like yours! I’ve dropped about 75 pounds since starting sema, and I feel like a new person. I'm also thinking about a pedicure to celebrate hitting my goal weight. Maybe we should all get pedicures!

It's okay to feel a little weird about posting personal stuff. I struggled with that too when I first started sharing my journey. Now I'm happy when people reach out. I want to share my experiences with sema and help people on their own journeys. You look like 2 different people! It's so encouraging.

I've lost about 170 pounds total! My husband barely weighs more than that now. He's worried that I'm losing too much. I appreciate everyone's input, but it's my decision. It was never about vanity, but getting back my mobility and reducing medications.
