That's awesome! Getting under 300 for the first time in forever was so cool. I can't believe I'm halfway to weighing in the 100s. Keep going!

That's a great question. I'm curious too! I've been trying to keep mine around 1500, but some days it's tough.
 
It's amazing how much these meds help! I'm down to 170 from 230. I've bounced between 167 and 170 but my goal is to stay at 165. It's a weight I haven't seen since the late 80s. I thought it was impossible!
