Wow, I honestly can't remember the last time I was below 300. It was definitely before I had my little girl, and she's gonna be 7 in the spring. 😳

This morning, the scale read 299.4, and I swear I almost cried happy tears! I'd pretty much resigned myself to being overweight forever after countless failed diets. So grateful for Semaglutide. 🙏🏼

Just had to share this with someone who gets it! 🙌🏼

367 --> 299 🥳

That's amazing! I haven't seen a number that low in probably 2 decades. Yesterday I saw 298 on the scale and I was over the moon.

Way to go!! 🥳 🎉 Can't wait to get outta the 300s myself! Just about a dozen pounds left to go....

Awesome! I'm around the same, maybe 24 weeks and down 70 or so. Another 20 to go till I break 300!! Seriously the best feeling! Enjoy it!!

Huge congratulations to you!!! So proud of you! I’m on Mounjaro 12.5, and it’s been really slow. Are you adding in more exercise and eating less? I’m still trying to get those two things under control. I LOVE hearing about your success and everyone’s success. It's basically a miracle powered by your hard work. I just need to get there. I have around 50 to go! I switched to a different pharmacy because it was more affordable. It’s a compounded version, but they say it’s identical to Tirzepatide. They added B12 and something else to give me a boost. I just started this new 12.5 dose. Before I was on the Mounjaro pen at 12.5, and I stalled. Big hugs to you!

Thanks everyone! To answer Oz_Squad_Leader's question, I think my number one tip would be to be patient. The weight didn't come on overnight, and it won't come off overnight either. Celebrate the small wins, and don't get discouraged by stalls. They happen!

ProteinWine, I find focusing on protein helps me feel full longer, so I naturally eat less. And even a little bit of walking each day adds up!

I've been considering strength training to help maintain muscle mass while losing weight. Has anyone had any experience with that?
