Under 300 lbs!

Fantastic! I commenced my journey around December 8th, and I've managed to shed about 23 pounds myself. Feeling significantly improved already.

Losing 21 pounds is a real achievement. That's when your clothes start to fit in a different way. I hit this milestone a while ago and I realized that the medication actually works.

That's awesome, just keep doing what you are doing and don't be discouraged if you don't lose weight as fast. I went from 312 to 215 in 14 months. It's a marathon, not a sprint. I've never felt better!

It's amazing how different my face and arms look now! So happy with the progress. Hoping to encourage others!
That's so awesome! I agree that sharing really helps people who are nervous about starting.

Hear that med will kill you. No. Being heavy was killing me. Lost 94 and finally free. It's none of their business anyway. Started 207, heaviest 300, now 111 at 5'4.

Getting under 300 is one of those numbers that lands differently regardless of how many hundred-pound marks you've crossed - at the rate Saxenda works, onederland closes faster than most people expect when they're standing at 296.

The calorie and exercise details are always the most useful follow-up in success posts - the number itself is inspiring but the specifics are what people can actually model. How did you approach both?

Mine's sitting at 185. Got down to 215 roughly six years back and felt great at that weight. Genuinely curious how another 30 pounds off will look on me. Can't recall being this light in over a decade.

That's amazing! Same age here and started a couple weeks back at a similar weight, wild how close our situations are. How early in the year did the workout routine start for you?

Started right around 300 and I'm sitting at 173 now. Do what works for your own life. This was never really about the number on the scale, it's about your overall wellbeing.
