Useful 3D Prints for GLP-1 peeps!

This is a great idea! Thanks @CellMom for contributing these designs. I'm always looking for better ways to organize my supplies and keep everything sterile. I've seen some people struggle with the mental aspect of GLP-1s and like to track their progress with photo collages. I'd encourage anyone starting out to do the same. Visual reminders can be really powerful.

@OwlFree660 I understand your apprehension. It's a big step! Personally, I found that keeping a detailed log of my progress helps immensely. I track everything from my weight and measurements to my blood sugar levels and any side effects I experience. Seeing the positive changes in black and white is a huge motivator. Also, rewarding myself with non-food items when I hit milestones keeps me focused. Think new workout gear or a relaxing massage, not a celebratory cake!

One thing I've been wondering about... anyone have experience with alcohol while taking GLP-1s? I have a cruise coming up and plan to enjoy some drinks but I want to be prepared for anything unexpected.

@CellMom That's a pertinent question. Some patients have reported increased sensitivity to alcohol while on GLP-1 medications. This can manifest as feeling the effects of alcohol more quickly and intensely, as well as experiencing more severe hangovers. It's also worth noting that alcohol can exacerbate some of the gastrointestinal side effects associated with these medications. Proceed with caution, stay well-hydrated, and consider having a designated sober buddy to monitor your well-being.

Yeah, I've noticed I can't drink nearly as much as I used to. A couple drinks and I'm done. Hangovers are brutal now too. I'm not complaining, tho!

Easter was wild with the medication in the mix. That Cadbury egg looked about as appealing as cardboard. Went to church instead and had a peaceful day without all the sugar guilt.
