ORDERING & SHIPPING
What payment options do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay and Apple Pay. Available options are displayed at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
Which carriers do you use?
Orders are shipped using USPS or UPS. Available services and shipping costs are displayed during checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $200 or more after discounts qualify for free shipping.

How can I track my order?
Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address associated with your order. Registered customers may also be able to view order information in My Account.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Email [email protected] as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled before fulfillment. Once fulfillment has started or the order has shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Address changes may be possible before fulfillment but cannot be guaranteed after processing or shipment.
TESTING & PRODUCT INFORMATION
Are your products tested?
VialBench performs in-house testing on its batches as part of its quality-control process. In addition, one product per month is selected for third-party testing.
Where can I find COAs?
Where available, COA images appear in individual product descriptions. You can also visit our Certificates of Analysis section. If you need help locating documentation, contact us with the product name and lot information.
Why might a product’s appearance vary?
Appearance can vary depending on the compound, formulation, manufacturing process, concentration and other characteristics. Minor appearance differences do not necessarily indicate a difference in identity or quality. Refer to available batch documentation where applicable.
How should research products be stored?
Refer to the specific product information, labeling or available documentation. Researchers are responsible for appropriate laboratory handling and storage practices.
RETURNS, ORDER PROBLEMS & SUPPORT
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Sales are generally final, and we do not accept routine returns or exchanges. Review our Refund & Returns Policy for complete details.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photos of the product and shipping packaging. Keep the product and packaging while the issue is reviewed.
What if an item is missing or incorrect?

What if my package is delayed or appears lost?
Check the carrier tracking first. Carrier delays can occur after shipment. Contact us with your order number and tracking information if you need assistance or tracking indicates a significant problem.

Do you provide dosage or administration instructions?
No. We do not provide dosage, administration, reconstitution-for-use, treatment or other human or animal use instructions. Products are not intended for ingestion, injection, topical use, compounding, food, drug, cosmetic or veterinary use.
Who can purchase?
Purchasers must be at least 18 and are responsible for compliance with applicable laws, regulations and institutional requirements.
