Vitamin stack while on GLP-1s?

I'm older so I dont like to cook that much, but I've found a good breakfast. I have a yogurt and kefir mix that I make in advance. It has Greek yogurt, kefir, chia seeds, flax, and frozen blueberries. I let it sit overnight and it is good for a few days. Lots of protein and fiber. It's sweet enough with the blueberries. I eat around 11 and 5, and snack if I'm hungry.
 
I found a great recipe! It's loaded nachos with chili lime chips, ground turkey breast, low-fat mozzarella, light sour cream, and hot sauce. It has 58 grams of protein and only around 365 calories overall. I'm so impressed with my weightloss using this!
 
pinned an orange-cap T30 and got really sick — nausea, GI issues for days, felt better a few days after, then pins again. after the third pin I looked it up and symptoms matched food poisoning. switched vendors entirely, no issues since.
