I'm older so I dont like to cook that much, but I've found a good breakfast. I have a yogurt and kefir mix that I make in advance. It has Greek yogurt, kefir, chia seeds, flax, and frozen blueberries. I let it sit overnight and it is good for a few days. Lots of protein and fiber. It's sweet enough with the blueberries. I eat around 11 and 5, and snack if I'm hungry.
