Just tried on my wedding suit after a year, and WOW! I guess I really do see myself differently than I am. Seeing the before and after pics side-by-side really hit me hard. Hard to believe how much progress I've made. Been on the juice for only three months!

If it wasn't for the tattoos, I would have thought it was your brother! Seriously, amazing transformation! I thought you looked great on your wedding day too, size and all. But now, it's like a whole new level. I bet life feels different in a million little ways.

I don't really see the change in myself, but I can actually breathe when I clean the cat box. What little things have changed for you?

I started at 350 lbs and I am currently at 320ish

Seeing your progress Sub_Donut137 is inspiring! I'm down almost 55 lbs in the last 5 months. Still have a ways to go, but feeling much better!
