I've been heavier most of my life, so it throws me off when clothes fit differently. The mind-body thing is a real challenge!

I started around Thanksgiving last year. Some mild nausea in the beginning, but nothing major. I feel fantastic overall - more energy, better sleep, and just generally happier.
