Wegovy progress - check it!

Started at 550, now I'm at 205. I'm about 5'10". Been on Wegovy since early '22. I try to stick to ~1500 cals and at least 100g protein daily. Finally dug up a before pic. It's wild.

Congrats! So inspiring! I'm at my target weight now, working on maintenance. I tried stopping the shots completely but that backfired. I restarted at a low dose to stay on track and will continue lowering it, hoping to eventually stop completely. I will listen to my doc to maintain where I am.

It's great seeing a guy's success story. We see so many women sharing, you're the first dude I've noticed! Awesome work! Best of luck on your health journey. - L

I've only gone down maybe 25-30 pounds, but the overall quality of life is sooooo much better. It's kinda unreal. Congrats Jules_1986 – major respect for that progress!
