My switch looked like yours, and losing momentum worried me as well, but a switch doesnt automatically mean a stall. The two drugs act differently, tirzepatide versus semaglutide, so your body needs time to show how it responds. With 5 mg Zepbound behind you and Wegovy ahead, definitely stick with your doctor's dosing plan and dont try to match doses yourself.
