Weight loss on GLP-1s depends on what you eat?

I've shed about 50 pounds on Mounjaro in the last half year. The constant cravings have vanished!

But I've also realized that choosing healthy foods when I do eat really boosts my results. Since I'm putting in the effort and money, I want the best outcome possible.

So, I've put together some free tools to help me eat well on a GLP-1. I thought I'd share them with the community. I'm not selling anything here.

First, I developed a GLP-1 weekly meal planner using AI. You enter your preferences, dietary limitations, and calorie goals, and it creates a meal plan for the week, complete with a shopping list: https://glp1tribe.com/meal-planner

Second, I built a GLP-1 optimized recipe creator powered by AI. You give it an idea for a dish, and it provides the ingredients, instructions, and nutritional information. Inspiration is key to avoiding boring meals. Try it here: https://glp1tribe.com/recipe-generator

Finally, I share some of the best recipes created by the community in the GLP-1 recipe library here: https://glp1tribe.com/recipes

These resources are free, and I hope they're helpful. I'm open to any feedback on how to improve them.

I'm on Ozempic too! It took me around 9 months to drop 55 pounds. My starting weight was 170 lbs, which is pretty high since I'm 5'1".

I've revamped my diet, although I'm not as creative as you. I've mostly cut out processed carbs. I'm eating a lot of dark leafy greens and carrots with some lean protein: turkey breast, lentils, and white fish. I eat fruit, but in moderation. I drink a protein shake a couple of times a week. I also find unsweetened yogurt a satisfying and filling snack.

I've said goodbye to creamy sauces and breaded, cheesy dishes.

Thanks a lot! I find this really useful, as I always struggle with meal prepping on Sundays.

These tools are amazing. I used to manually ask AI for meal plans, but this is much more structured. Thanks!

This is too good!! I've saved everything and added it to my home screen. Thank you so much for sharing! ❤️

I gotta try the recipe generator, @Mike_1994. I'm so tired of eating the same things over and over. I saw a Reddit thread about high-protein banana bread that sounds amazing!

Any thoughts on adding an option to the meal planner for different meal frequencies, accommodating those who intermittent fast or do OMAD?

That's a great idea! I hadn't thought of that. I'll definitely add it to the development list for the next update!

I'm definitely going to try that nacho recipe. Thanks for the link, @NSV_Junkie! I've found that focusing on protein is key with these meds. It helps me feel full and prevents muscle loss while losing weight.

That's absolutely correct. Adequate protein intake is crucial to preserve lean muscle mass during weight loss. It also promotes satiety, which can aid in adherence to a reduced-calorie diet.
