Weight loss stalled. Help!

Nothing budged for me until I hit 7.5mg, stuck around there roughly three months. Bumped to 10mg after that and basically saw zero movement, hit a wall completely. Now sitting on 12.5mg since February and pushing myself to stick with it even though I'm stalling again. Not eager to jump to 15mg since there's nowhere left to climb after that.

Honestly in the same boat. Started in January, 12kg total lost. Hit my lowest weight about a month back and haven't really tracked since, since every check has shown a slight uptick. Probably two weeks since I last got on the scale. Been at 7.5mg for close to two months, and my diet could definitely be better. First taking a dose I barely feel hungry at all, so I barely eat over the next couple days, then hunger builds back up gradually until by day five I feel like I haven't eaten in ages. Pretty sure I know exactly what I'm doing wrong and how to correct it, just need to actually follow through to see the results.

Just wanted to say this isn't a solo struggle. Dealing with the identical situation here, and it's genuinely frustrating and expensive. Paying entirely out of pocket. Only down a small amount over several months. Held at a smaller amount for four months, then a slightly higher one for a month, same result both times. Ready to move up but the doctor's been extremely cautious about it. Going to try the next level up, and if that still doesn't move the needle, guessing this particular medication just isn't the right fit.

Going through this exact thing right now. Lost around 50 pounds fairly easily the first time, then had to stop when I couldn't afford it anymore. Restarted a couple months back and it's moving way slower this time. Apparently stopping and restarting weakens how well the medication works, which I had no idea about going in, so it was frustrating until I read here that it's actually a common thing. Starting to see actual movement now that I'm nearly three months back in. From what I've gathered, real results kick in once you cross 1mg. Also heard switching over to Tirzepitide can help push through this too.
