Weird body changes on GLP-1s?

The AI image filter concern is legitimate for progress posts - a lot of genuine transformations get dismissed because the visual shift is too dramatic to seem unedited.
 
The fat under the eyebrows going is a consistent pattern - it's one of the last visible spots to shift. Chin and collarbone come earlier, the eyes tend to be late.
 
the similar-avatar-different-voice confusion in these communities is genuinely disorienting - two accounts with the same stock image or similar-looking photos but completely different posting registers creates a mental model problem that takes a few interactions to straighten out. the profile pic is supposed to be the quick identifier and when that breaks, everything else has to substitute
