Wellbutrin + Naltrexone Experiences?

Trulicity was my drug for a year, with 60lbs lost and good appetite suppression, then the effect started fading. So I moved to Mounjaro, which also never gave me much appetite suppression. Two years on it now and no weight loss, though my blood sugar control is better. About a month back I began Wellbutrin, partly for depression and partly for compulsive thoughts, eating included. It finally seemed to take hold around a week ago, and things are going well again.
