Seeing this thread late but jumping in anyway. Two years and one month on zepbound, 220lbs gone so far. Roughly 15-20lbs left. Like you, the drop started fast, 15lbs monthly those first several months! Then 8-10, then once I hit around 220lbs it slowed sharply to 6, now sitting at 5.
Expected, sure, but still hard to sit with emotionally. Got so used to double-digit losses that 5 now feels disappointing even though proportionally it tracks the same.
Currently at 15mg. Strange how much less I notice it compared to how strongly 2.5mg hit at the very start, though it's still doing solid work overall.
Added intermittent fasting as a backup tool. Started with a 14-hour window, no snacks past 6, breakfast at 8, gradually stretched to 17 hours, nothing after 7pm until lunch the next day. Eating breakfast wakes the food chatter right up and I'm ravenous all day. Waiting until lunch makes tuning that noise out way easier. Also stay well hydrated during fasting hours, keeps digestion cooperative.
Not pushing fasting as a must-do, it's genuinely tough and worth discussing with your doctor first. Doesn't work for everyone.
