Yes, this happened here once too. Was on the branded version for about half a year, then had to switch to a compounded formulation. About two months into the compounded version, at a fairly high amount, genuinely awful nausea, diarrhea, and every kind of stomach noise imaginable showed up. Bad, truly bad. Nothing rich or greasy had been eaten. Nothing else had changed either. After a couple days it faded and never came back. Nearly went to a doctor over it, but stubbornness won out. Never happened again since. Strange.
