Were my peps watered down?

So, when I was getting my tirz from a local compounding place, it seemed like I was getting an extra dose or so out of each vial. Now that I'm using stuff from another source, it feels noticeably stronger. I initally assumed the pharmacy was hooking me up, but now I'm second-guessing if they were actually just underdosing it.

Actually, that's probably not the case. Compounding pharmacies use precise measurements when they're mixing the active ingredient (API) with the solution. Any overfill should still have the same concentration. It shouldn't be diluted.

Did you get any testing done to verify the concentration of your supply? Sometimes there can be a slight overfill, like 10% or even 30% extra. It just depends on the peptide.

I had a vial of tirz tested a while back, and it came back at 99.4% purity with a slight overfill. When I checked the volume on other vials from the batch, it was also overfilled with the solution. So a .5ml dose was actually slightly less than the intended amount. It's possible your batch was dosed differently, but it made me feel better about using that source. Though now I'm filtering everything just in case.

It was filled to about 32 mg instead of 30, so I knew it might be a little stronger after mixing. I've reached my goal weight, so I went from a 10 mg dose to 7.5 mg from another source, and it still felt stronger. Maybe it's all in my head.

I was just reading about that! There are analytical labs that do it. I saw Janoshik mentioned on another site. It can cost some money, but if you're worried about the purity, it might be worth it, especially if you can share the results.

Where can you even get stuff tested?

I used PeptideTest for my testing. It gave me some peace of mind.
