Who dis?! 🤣

Someone I haven't seen since last spring told me I looked fantastic today, and they didn't even mention weight, which I found interesting. I've dropped about 25 pounds in the last 5 months, but nobody had said anything, which I thought was weird. I still don't see a huge difference myself, but if I can look like YOU... amazing! Congrats! ✨

Amazing, congratulations! It's such a great feeling. I’ve been on it for almost two years and still get surprised sometimes when I see myself. Mid-forties and feeling amazing, I lost over 130lbs.

Wow, congrats! How much have you lost, if you don't mind me asking? And what dose works best for you? I'm thinking about going up from 5.

I almost teared up from happiness for you. I know you must feel like a supermodel right now and you can feel like you can skip everywhere now. You are truly an inspiration, thanks for sharing your journey.

I'm down about 100 pounds in less than a year. My biggest worry now is that my lipedema fat is more noticeable and really painful. My upper body is getting lean, but my thighs and hips are bumpy. I'm also concerned about loose skin.

I saw someone mention loose skin in the comments - I'm noticing it too. Anyone have any tips or tricks? Creams, exercises, or is surgery the only real option?
I've heard good things about collagen supplements, but I'm not sure how much they actually help. I am starting to research body contouring procedures, because my arms are starting to resemble bat wings.

I just saw a post from someone celebrating their "Mounjaversary"! Super inspirational. They looked completely different. It's encouraging to see long-term success.
