I've lost 115 pounds and it's only now that I'm really noticing a real change, and feeling it too! I've been incorporating strength training lately, which I'm sure has impacted my body composition, but the shift from around 270 to 240 is amazing. I'm almost 6 feet tall, so you wouldn't think 30 pounds would make *that* much difference.

Fantastic! What a difference. It's so strange how we often don't see the changes in ourselves, but it's such a great feeling when we finally do! 🥰

I'm going through something similar. It's so bizarre to look in the mirror and actually see a waist, even with my arms down! I haven't weighed under 200 pounds since the late 90s, so my brain is still adjusting to the new reality. I keep reminding myself that patience and a positive body image are my best friends.

Did you alter your diet at all? Also, could you share your strength training routine?

Hey! I've been trying to focus on high protein and just being mindful of portion sizes. No crazy diets or anything. For strength training, I'm doing a basic full-body routine 3 times a week. Squats, deadlifts, bench press, overhead press, and rows. Nothing fancy!

These stories are so inspiring. I saw one person online who lost 100lbs in a little over a year. Amazing work! It gives those of us just starting hope.

It really is motivating to see real progress. I saw someone post about fitting back into an old jacket after dropping around 100lbs. What a feeling that must be!

It's so important to remember it's not just about the number on the scale. It's about getting your life back. Huge congrats to everyone sharing their progress!
