Why am I constantly freezing after starting reta even in warm weather?

Been running 2mg reta for around five weeks now. Ever since starting, there's this constant, deep cold feeling despite bundling up in warm clothes, even living somewhere warm. Has anyone else dealt with this kind of reaction, or is this just imagined?

Hi, welcome!
Feeling constantly cold on this drug class comes up all the time here. Try searching terms like chilly or chills in the search bar and you'll turn up plenty of relevant threads. To point you in the right direction, there's a recent one specifically about reta and feeling cold, worth tracking down and giving a read.

This winter reta made me freezing, a typical side effect that didn't bother me much. Some days I sat in my truck with the heated seat on and the heat blasting lol. It faded in severity within a few weeks. Now it's summer in the southeast US, yet indoors I'm still cold. I've always leaned cold, ironic given where I live. My house sits at 73-74 now instead of 68 for sleeping. I work outside and heat hasn't been a problem so far, though I spend more time inside a machine than in past years.

Same here. Cold today, on my 5th injection as of this morning. It's 75 outside and I'm wrapped in a blanket and heavy sweater.

I've felt colder since starting reta too, my oral temp runs about a degree under normal. I began a month ago and hope it evens out over time.
