Wow, almost a year on the magic juice!

i reconned with 3ml bac in the original vial, moved it to a clean 10ml vial and added another 3ml. started low at 1.5mg, just slight tightness at pin site. hoping to bump to 2.5mg over the next few days.

Looking for input on skin reactions. Wife was fine through 2.5 and the first 5mg dose, but starting the second 5mg shot she got red itchy bumps exactly one day after. Happened again at dose 4. We rotate sides. Anyone else had this delayed onset only after going up, and did it settle as your body adjusted?

switched to something else recently and sweets cravings came back, which is weird. could be lower dose. miss when 2.5 of the other stuff killed cravings and gave weight loss. energy's fine though — doc has me on test so that probably covers the low energy issue.

That sucks, sorry. One piece of bread wrecked me for days too at first. Don't jump doses up if nausea's bad — semaglutide punishes you when you eat the wrong stuff. Check what you're having and how much. Drop the dose if you need to. No rule says you have to go up every visit.

that's incredible progress. the walking and eating right clearly made all the difference. you put in the work and it shows, so good on you for sticking with it.

dosing ranges pretty wide in the research — from 100-500 mcg daily for 10-20 days up to 5-10 mg daily depending on the protocol. some do 100-500 mcg for 10 days on, 20 off, repeated monthly. what dose did your guy use and did it work? any side effects? also intranasal vs what?

Almost a year through the nausea and side effect phase and still going is the part that doesn't show up in the before/after post. The 7k daily walks and nutrition discipline behind the number is what holds when the medication levels out. Dedicated is exactly the right word.
