Wow, I'm not the same!

congrats! watch out for rapid loss though. drink 2-3 liters of water daily and get some probiotics for your gut. you're doing great, keep it up.

Congrats on the win! Teenage daughters are no joke so you definitely turned a corner. Nothing wrong with slow and steady, especially if you're microdosing to dodge sides and trying to keep muscle so your skin doesn't sag with your weight. Sometimes I wonder how these drugs will shift medicine and society and beauty standards. Grateful right now but it freaks me out a little.

The doubters asking if before/afters are the same person is the backhanded compliment pattern - the transformation being that visible is exactly what makes people question it. Before/after photos with contextual details like the pizza box are the ones that read as real.

The before/after transformation is the kind of post people in the early months are grateful to see. The change in how you carry yourself comes through in the photo.

The pizza box detail is honestly the best part - the visual contrast of where you were versus where you are now is the whole story in one frame. The physical shift is obvious but the confidence shift in how you carry yourself in the second photo is the part that actually lands.

the lyophilized puck shattering into a few pieces inside the vial is a cosmetic change that does not affect the compound - the solid block cracks under temperature cycling or handling stress, but the same material is still there in powder form ready to reconstitute normally. the concern threshold is cloudiness or visible liquid in a sealed vial, not the puck broken into pieces
