The holidays are making me feel bad about my progress, but then I saw an older pic of myself from when I was starting! Sometimes I don't realize the change. Hoping to hit under 200 sometime next year!

For me, it's about the NSV's (non-scale victories). Like Snack-Dude said, less joint pain, more energy, clothes fitting better... those are the things that keep me going!Inject-FTW said:Any tips on staying motivated?
