Fantastic! I'm impressed. Seeing progress like yours makes me realize how far I still have to go. Congrats on the results. I've managed to drop around 65 pounds over the last year and a half, but I think I still need to lose another 30 to look as trim as you. Your pics are definitely inspiring!

You're a true inspiration! Thanks for sharing your journey. I've been on this for about a month now, and I've only lost around 10 pounds. It feels like it's inching along. I'm not sure how I'm ever going to drop another 35 pounds to get where I want to be. It's been ages since I was that slim. I'm in my early fifties and dealing with menopause, so my metabolism is not what it used to be. Seeing your results gives me some much-needed hope!

Hey, are you in the US? What's the deal with getting sema there? It's so strict in the UK. You practically need a BMI of 32 to even be considered.

That's an incredible transformation! You're probably at or near your goal weight! My own journey is about eight weeks in, and it's been a pretty gradual process. The scale shows I'm losing weight, but I don't really see it in photos. I'm only down about 16 pounds with 30 more to go.

WOW! I love this for you. You look fantastic! I'm hoping I can drop the same amount. I'm about 2 months in myself now.

I feel this so hard!

Remember that this is a tool, and works best combined with healthy habits. I've found that a low carb diet makes a huge difference. I'm doing keto weekdays, and then allowing myself some cheat meals on the weekend. Also, I switched to zero sugar drinks and try to do cardio 4 days a week. Keeping the portions small is key. I'm hoping to lose a total of 100 pounds in a year!

Absolutely stunning change!

So true! I think people sometimes think that just taking the medication is enough, but it really works best with lifestyle adjustments.
