That older dress I haven't worn in over a year? Still had the tie where I'd knotted it to fit my waist. Crazy.

I've been on sema for about that long. Down 61 lbs as of this morning. Just 13 more pounds to go! I'm 43F, 5'8". SW: 224lbs, Current: 163lbs, GW: 150lbs.

That's so awesome! I'm hoping to have similar success. Just started last week, kinda nervous.

Well done. I'm seeing changes, too, and feeling great! After having my daughter, my weight just kept climbing. I have PCOS, and nothing worked. Semaglutide's made all the difference. SW: 180lbs CW: 139 Goal: 135, 5’3”

That's wonderful to hear! It's so encouraging to see the positive impact on those with PCOS.

r/glp1_loss100plus exists for a reason. I'm 135 down in two years. It's doable. Be patient with yourself — this takes time.

The knotted tie on a dress you haven't worn in a year is one of those very specific surprise moments. 36 and going from 196 is a real achievement even if it feels smaller next to the bigger transformations. Those milestones that hit unexpectedly - old clothes suddenly fitting differently - are the ones that stick.
