The infrastructure question of who gets access once cost drops is the actual challenge.

The hyperfixation on GLP-1 as the single mechanism is a good point. The commercial response trying to replicate the effect through supplements or natural approaches is chasing the outcome without understanding the receptor pathway. WW's challenge is that their model assumed the behavioral modification piece was the bottleneck when for most people it wasn't.
