Appreciate the kind words.
Also in my luteal phase right now so my perspective might be skewed. Feel genuinely content roughly seven days out of every cycle. Got really invested in fitness and follow a few online spaces for petite women like myself, and I have a bad habit of constantly measuring myself against others. Picked up a body composition scale to keep tabs on my progress, and the reading it gave me back in May was honestly humbling. Not sure it's even accurate though. Was 130 pounds then and it read 36%. Now shows 24%, which feels a bit generous honestly. My actual goal is getting strong and holding onto muscle to keep my energy expenditure up since I genuinely enjoy food. Don't want one indulgent meal to undo all my progress, you know? A lot of smaller women aim for under 20% body fat, and that number weighs on me even though I constantly have to remind myself it's not actually my personal target.
