Hit one year since stopping my injections, and I'm still burning fat and getting stronger. It's not magic, it's consistency with my diet and workouts. Maintenance is a whole other challenge! 💃🏾

Wow, amazing! Could you share some details about your Mounjaro experience and what your maintenance strategy looks like now?

For those who've discontinued their medication, there's a subreddit called the community. It would be awesome if you joined and shared your success story!

You've definitely motivated me to start incorporating weight training. Thank you for sharing your progress. You look incredible.

I'm so impressed. You're radiating strength and health, and you've clearly put in the work.

Remember this feeling when you're older and living independently. It's the result of your dedication 💪🏼💪🏽💪🏾

Huge congrats!

I needed to see this today. I'm on MJ right now, doing well (down about 35 lbs since late summer), but I'm worried about life after. I'm focusing on sustainable lifestyle adjustments that fit my life, so hopefully, I can maintain my progress. Thanks for sharing! 🤗

I don't know you personally, but I'm so inspired by your dedication! I aspire to be like you when I'm older!! Congratulations and keep up the awesome work!

I agree it's a lifelong thing. I've been reading that people who go off these meds often need to go back on. I'm trying to avoid that by focusing on exercise and diet now. Has anyone else experienced needing a second round on sema or tirz?

I've read it's common to require a higher dosage the second time around to achieve the same results. It seems like the body adapts.
