Reta Schedule - too much hunger?

Got scars on my stomach from cat claws trying to escape. A shot would be way simpler!

    Down 55lbs and feeling AMAZING!

There's something special about squeezing into those jeans again! Happy for you.

    Down 100lbs, still going strong!

Look for mandelic or salicylic acids. Sunscreen minimum 30, mineral type works better for me though mixing takes effort on darker tones. Chemical sunscreens perform just as well. Main thing: stay consistent with weight loss and fix insulin resistance if you've got it. Go low and slow with acids...

    GLP-1s & my liver's like, YES!

That's wild how similar our experiences are! Ultrasound also cleared my liver, which was a big relief. Would love to stay connected and see how your medical team approaches this. Could swap what we learn along the way?

    Finally feeling normal around food!

Had to switch from my pen to a needle when I ran short of cartridges, and wow-that needle felt way sharper and more painful. The pen is definitely more comfortable for injections. And yes, you should grab a new needle each time you inject, right?

    GLP-1 woes... what next?

Similar situation here with the partner. Pre-diabetic, triglycerides high. Hoping the next labs show some improvement like yours did.

    GLP-1s first-line tx now?!

Over 300 right now so this isn't about appearance for me. Main worry is the skin issues and infections that come with that weight. Just want to feel normal again. Figure I can head off bigger problems.

    Hit my goal weight!!

Yes absolutely. Between the medication and spironolactone my body stopped hurting. Once I hit my target I'm staying on it unless I absolutely have to stop. Had one rough flare since March 2025 but bounced back quick.

Ozempic, weight loss, and feeling off?

Fluid retention is common and goes away when you stop. Your body composition will still look great. If you're feeling depleted in something specific, especially carbs if you're active, your system will tell you. Listen to that instead of just the scale.

Ozempic costs more than my car payment!

I plan on staying on my 5mg long term. I stretched through that shortage last spring but nothing crazy, just like 12 days. I use my glucose levels to figure out when to take my shots. But yeah, planning to keep it going for the foreseeable future.
