    Wellbutrin + Naltrexone Experiences?

Honestly no negative side effects to report, aside from my eyesight actually getting sharper. Seeing clearly now without glasses, and my current lenses feel too strong. Need to book an eye exam soon. Appetite dropping hasn't been extreme either. Just don't crave the stuff that once triggered...

    My clothes are fitting better!

Noticed that too, but keep in mind the scale isn't the only metric worth tracking, waist measurements matter just as much.

Penta agonist weight loss stack? Tirz x Reta x Cagri

Running 15mg tirz alongside 5mg reta, can't push either any higher since the skin sensory weirdness ramps up fast with even tiny increases. Tirz isn't working for me... help?

Opposite for me. I used to get daily headaches but not on tirzepatide. The only theory is decreased inflammation somehow affecting brain or vessels. Wonder if that change triggers headaches in other folks.

    Sema success! One year in

Everyone here is doing their own research because standard advice doesn't work the same for everyone. That's literally why we're all here. Figuring out what works for you - whether it's adjusting dosing frequency or adding something else - that takes guts and persistence. The fact that you got...
