Tirz isn't working for me... help?

Opposite for me. I used to get daily headaches but not on tirzepatide. The only theory is decreased inflammation somehow affecting brain or vessels. Wonder if that change triggers headaches in other folks.
 
Sometimes I wonder if people would call me out for the third person thing. Jimmy's hitting a wall... Jimmy's med stopped working... Jimmy's frustrated now.
 
I'd typically suggest betaine HCl plus pepsin for this - cheap and often effective. Reflux paired with burping sometimes points to low stomach acid. If your pH isn't dropping enough, it won't signal the esophageal sphincter to seal. Though with reduced gut motility, you might be dealing with fermentation instead, where probiotics could turn the tide. Really hinges on what you're consuming.
 
The frozen reconstituted issue is worth investigating if efficacy has dropped. Degradation after freeze-thaw cycles is real - the consensus here is to avoid freezing reconstituted peptide. At week 3 of 12.5mg with no movement, storage and reconstitution process are worth checking before assuming dose failure.
 
no appetite suppression at 3mg week 7 and still losing from exercise and habits is actually a useful thing to share in this thread. for the OP on tirz - some people just do not get the suppression effect and have to rely on the behavioral side anyway. have you noticed any change in cravings or food preferences even without the full suppression feeling?
 
One person experience on Tirz vs Reta is just one data point but it is useful. Some people genuinely don't respond to one and switch completely and find the other hits differently. If you are not feeling any appetite suppression at all at 12.5mg, that is worth flagging to your doctor before pushing higher.
