11 lbs lean out of 40 total at 5 gym days per week is on the lower-loss end for that deficit pace - the resistance work is doing the job. At 230 and 175 lean, body fat is 24% which is solid. The challenge increases as the deficit continues to goal weight.

    Seatbelt success!

happens to me every time — get super sad and anxious the day after my shot, lasts 4-5 days. skip the injection for a couple weeks and i'm fine. soon as i pin again, crying and anxious all over. it's 100% the medicine, not about eating or anything else. sucks but i'm aware now.

Why's everyone nagging 'bout my weight?

People LOVE giving advice they aren't qualified to give, lol. If they aren't being mean, just ignore them. Don't react, don't argue. It's weird, but they'll get over it. Hopefully they'll start focusing on their own issues.

Mounjaro woes - feeling defeated :(

I suggest eating a bit more. Increase your calories and see what happens. I don't count calories, and I started at a similar weight to you. Weight loss is slow, but I've accepted it. I weight train several times a week and have hypothyroidism, so I'm patient. Slow weight loss is fine. People who...
