That's impressive, seriously. The skin thing hit you too - especially the arms. Age definitely plays a role, but you're younger than you think weight-wise in terms of recovery. Your body's going to bounce back more than mine ever will. The transformation speaks volumes.

Five months in with 24 down is solid progress. Everyone's timeline is different, so don't rush it.

The biggest side effect I deal with from tirz is constipation - was on stool softeners daily for months but then spotted magnesium powder at Costco and figured why not try it. It's supposed to have a relaxing effect but I don't feel that, might be placebo, but it's helped.

My husband never had a weight issue but he's diabetic. Been on 1mg Ozempic weekly for about 9 months. No weight loss at all but his glucose control got way better.
