    Tirz appetite suppression TOO strong?

Insulin sensitivity on tirz improves consistently, often more than sema. For appetite this strong, dose reduction by half plus scheduled meals rather than hunger signals is the standard workaround.

    Where to get Cagri?

Cagri sourcing shifts a lot - vendor threads here and a Janoshik test on the first batch are the standard approach.

Legs then vs now - see a diff?

BMI going from 41 to 25 shows in the legs before almost anywhere else.

    Gagging on Reta?!

I had hyponatremia from drinking too much water before I ever touched a shot. First few months on this med I fell for the Reddit hype about hydrating and my sodium tanked. Fatigue, headaches, nausea — all hyponatremia. Restricted fluids again, dropped the electrolytes (they have potassium too...

    Needed only ONE plane seat!

got my yearly labs back today and wow. down 85 pounds since march 2025, on 15 mg. triglycerides dropped 151 points, a1c went from 9.8 to 5.0. liver numbers got way better and i'm out of fatty liver territory now.

    GLP-1 and insomnia?

nothing you buy will help it. rapid weight loss causes hair loss and it's not permanent. lots of people recommend supplements but nothing's backed by science. don't waste the money.

    Hit 75 lb Loss Goal!

this is a nice writeup on na epitalon but there's no human research unlike regular epitalon. mostly self-reported stuff like we'd do here. article says 1-5mg sq but na being more bioavailable, might work better as a nasal spray. making a spray at 250mcg per spray and starting there.

    People's comments driving me nuts!

I get what you mean [mention=@Shape-Boss]. People just don't know how to react to weight changes. It's like they think they're being supportive, but it comes out all wrong. Just focus on feeling good in your own skin. That's all that matters!

Real food on 1.7mg - what do YOU eat?

Red meat and really oily/spicy foods don't sit well with me, so I've been eating more fish. It's basically forced me to eat healthier.

Real food on 1.7mg - what do YOU eat?

I eat a lot of snack-type foods as my meals: yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cottage cheese, protein shakes/bars, tuna packets, vegetables with high-protein ranch dips, and fruit. I've noticed the same pattern with cold food vs. hot food. Soup is the only hot food I seem to crave, but most soups...

    People's comments driving me nuts!

I totally get it! "You look so much better now" implies I didn't look good before! I've always looked dapper, I'm just healthier now. Don't pay them any mind! You're aging like a fine wine. You were radiant before, and you're amazing now. Congrats on the progress!

Real food on 1.7mg - what do YOU eat?

I have a question. What's your height and weight? I just started taking .5mg of Wegovy. I'm 5'11" and weigh 265 lbs. I work out 4-5 days a week while consuming between 2,000 and 2,500 calories a day. I'm not sure if I'm eating an excessive amount or not nearly enough.

Generic Ozempic in Canada - Coming Soon?

I read an interesting article claiming that Lindt chocolate sales are actually *up* among people using GLP-1 meds. Apparently, people are craving higher-quality sweets instead of junk food. Anyone else experiencing this?

Generic Ozempic in Canada - Coming Soon?

Last I heard, none of the applications have been approved yet. They supposedly all need to be resubmitted because the formula doesn't properly replicate the method used by the original manufacturer. I didn't quite grasp the explanation, but it sounded like there was something inadequate about it.

    Back in my wedding dress!!

I'd say be patient and celebrate every victory, no matter how small! Even if you just lose a pound or two in a week, that's still progress!
