    Recently underwent major abdominal surgery. Shifted the dosing schedule to leave a six day gap before the procedure. Resumed with the next dose three days post-surgery. Surgeon had no concerns with that timeline.

    Tirz never worked for me either. Switched over thinking it'd do better, but ended up yo-yoing the same 15lbs for half a year. Went back to sema roughly six weeks ago and already down 10lbs. Know some of that's water weight, but honestly thrilled regardless.

    Depends on what you're after and who you ask, honestly. Most of that stuff is still being studied. General advice is SS31 first, then Mots-C for better results, but timing matters too.
