Training hard - six days of PPL split and cardio most sessions, 35-mile mountain rides when weather works out. Down from 445 to 213 and honestly feel better at 61 than ever before.
Was just noticing this after last night - used to demolish a whole salad and half a pizza no problem. Last night had the salad and barely got through two slices. Really shifts your perspective on portions.
Whether it's before or after MJ, you've been working toward this for such a long time. All those years of effort. That's genuinely incredible. That's true dedication - seeing something through no matter what. Really respect that about you. What can't you accomplish with this kind of commitment?
Filtering definitely made me nervous the first go. But it was simpler than expected. Just watch some videos first and you'll figure it out. Once you have everything you need, you're fine.
Congrats! Wish I'd had these meds when I was younger. Stuck at a plateau around one twelve to one fifteen for months now. Would've been easier starting at ninety four kg back then.
Ugh I feel you. Started sema and zip for eight months. Frustrating when coworkers are down fifty in six. One literally eats chick fil a constantly! Switched to Tirz four months ago and still nothing. Work out five days a week, eat clean. Maybe I am one of those non-responders. Keep pushing though.
