    Checked Telegram and saw an Uther channel with people getting orders but never bought. Went with another seller for a single vial and it was solid. Didn't buy a kit tho. When I went back to TG my account got frozen and deletes by the 24th. Not sure why — only the Uther channel is gone for me.

    doing 7mg every other day at 5am fasted with black coffee, hitting the gym around 8 for 20min cardio then 40min lifting. even with the short half-life i can feel it building up until the next shot. week 5 of 8 now, probably tied for second-best behind tirzepatide.

    Concentration math without stated volume: weight the full vial, subtract the empty vial weight, and assume 1g/ml water density to get volume. Most standard Tirz reconstitutions run 5mg/ml or 10mg/ml depending on the vial size.

    sleep is huge for muscle maintenance when you're losing weight and training. your body needs that rest to keep the lean mass. especially with a lot of weight dropping, you gotta prioritize solid sleep.
