    GLP-1 Side Effect Database!

Reta hit me with skin sensitivity after the first month, honestly like a mild sunburn feeling but not painful - just irritating and constant. Then it faded completely after a few months, which was weird. The half milligram dose might help you dodge it, but everyone's different. Worth knowing...

MIL's on my case! Too thin?

Muscles build when they're actually used. Lifting builds them, lack of use kills them. I've lost over 50 pounds and lost a ton of muscle because I haven't been lifting—been carrying that weight every day meant I was stronger. Now I'm lighter and weaker. Makes sense but it's frustrating.

    Injections hurting more now?

69, on meds for blood pressure & diabetes. Did Mounjaro for 5 months—dropped 30 lbs, fasting sugar went from 132 to 90, BP down to 110/75. Combined it with intermittent fasting, cut carbs, more protein, exercise (walking, planks, hand weights). Biggest issue has been constipation.

    GLP-1 Meal Ideas?

Lost about 20kg and most was fat because I kept lifting heavy and ate protein. Already on vitamin D before Mounjaro. Four small meals daily, high protein after gym. Training's tough but caffeine and gels save me.

    My GLP-1 journey (so far!)

I love seeing long-term success stories! It's so encouraging. I found this post on Reddit from someone celebrating being at their goal weight after almost two years: It's inspiring to remember that this is a marathon, not a sprint!

    Tirz Setup: Last-Minute Check

You can still use the 4mm filters. Just go slowly and filter what you need. Don't force it through. You'll be okay! 🙂

    Tirz Setup: Last-Minute Check

I use a 13mm filter. I've seen that 4mm is for up to 1ml of fluid, and 13mm is for 1-10ml. Don't forget to account for the holdback volume. 0.07ml with a 4mm and 0.28ml with a 13mm. Adjust your BAC water accordingly or add a tiny bit extra. If you get a tray to filter on, stainless steel is...

This is so inspiring, congrats! I remember how much these kinds of posts helped me early in my own journey, so thank you for sharing. Those old pictures can bring up some...intense feelings, can't they? I totally get keeping it for motivation.

    Finally broke into the 100s!

That's amazing! I've been noticing a big difference in how my clothes fit, too. It's not just the scale, it's the overall change.

    Finally broke into the 100s!

It took me about a year and a half of hovering around 200-205 to finally dip below. I know the feeling! Congrats!
