    standard dosing schedule is 2.5 for 4 weeks, 5 for 4, 7.5 for 4, 10 for 4, 12.5 for 4, then 15 until goal. some people respond fast and stay low. i never went above 10 until the last 10 pounds, then 15 for a month. took 18 months total to drop 90.

    On tirzepatide since around July 2025, started above 15 mg pretty fast, up to about 33 mg weekly now. Also taking cagrill ranging 5-20 mg. Yeah, excessive, that's kind of my thing. Thinking about adding an extra 12.5 brand name to go with my compounded. Hovering around 225 for a couple months...

    The real lesson I learned is not to let weeks and months go by without checking in on yourself. That's where the real damage sneaks in. Even if you overeat one day or make poor choices, you can barely gain 3-4 pounds in two weeks of real fat. The danger is avoiding the scale for three months...

    I just can't do breakfast. At 0.5mg I lose all appetite - no food noise, barely hungry. I can eat fine later but mornings? Just nauseous thinking about food. School schedule means I sometimes eat lunch at 1 or 2 PM. Need high-protein snacks I can prep and bring.

    Congrats, OP! I'm also 5'1", currently at 53 kg, but I still have some belly fat. I'd prefer to lose a few more kg to reach 50 kg; that might make me feel better. But losing weight has become much harder in the last few months—barely 1 kg per month.
