Exactly this. Progress that takes time is the kind that sticks around. My experience through AltRx has been rock solid on that front - nothing rushed, nothing crazy, just steady movement. That's what actually holds up.
Now at normal BMI and been shopping constantly. Dresses, pencil skirts, sweaters, everything. Got a whole new closet. Don't go out much but going to dress up for everything now. Long sleeves only because of meds but feel good.
Some folks shed and gain water weight like crazy. Could be your diet shifting what you're holding, but also maybe the scale's on an uneven spot. Mine has to live in the living room because my bathroom tiles are all wonky, adds like two kilos to every read.
Just a shake doesn't cut it for me in the mornings. Looking for other breakfast options or things people combine with shakes to actually feel full. What works for you guys?
