    Losing weight FAST?!

Outlier pace at the start is more common than people realize - some people just respond that way. Enjoy it while it lasts.

    Tirz on top of Reta?

Aggressive dual-stack at a very low calorie level is a significant load. Results aside, that combination and that deficit level should have bloodwork running alongside it to catch anything early.

    UK Folks: Sharps Disposal?

Pharmacies in the UK also often accept sharps containers - worth calling ahead to confirm before making a trip. Many GP surgeries take them too.

    Reta kinda... disappeared?

a coworker told me about it so i grabbed some off Amazon, and literally a week later they pulled a bunch of the BAC water off. does anyone here use BAC water from the actual vendors?

    Weight loss drugs: Too $$?

old uther was solid, ordered a few times and it was good. was thinking about trying their new stuff that's harder to find but if the new version turns sketchy that'd be disappointing. they've got way more options than just glps and had decent prices on a lot of peptides.

    NAD+/MOTS-c/5-Amino-1MQ - bad idea?

Deeper injection probably hits fewer immune cells since there's less in subcutaneous fat than dermis. Immune reaction's the issue, not the tiny bits triggering it. Way less crap gets through from gut anyway so not worried about bypassing the immune system here.

Low & slow wins the race?

Got my first Mounjaro shot this morning. A couple hours later, felt completely wrecked—super tired, muscles aching, kinda lightheaded. But the appetite suppression was real, couldn't even drink water. After like 7 hours I was back to normal and food noise kicked in again. Anyone else get hit...

Down 18lbs in 6 mo... slow n steady!

still skeptical about buying from overseas when there's domestic options, even if the raws are sketchy everywhere. using older stock while i wait for testing info to drop. know it's probably paranoia but at least i feel like i'm making some choice here.

Coming Off GLP-1s: What to Expect

Great breakdown. I'll add the male perspective here. When my insurance cut me off abruptly, I gained 18–20 lbs in about 2 months. No taper, no warning. Appetite came back HARD, especially mornings. I don't think it was lack of willpower. It felt biological. I'm back on now and honestly...

Mixing my own peptides! SO excited!

I'm wondering about other peps too. My doc has been doing my TRT for a while now, and I'm responding well to the test. But he thinks I should try some GHRP stuff to see if it makes a difference. I'm not sure it's worth the cost.

Mixing my own peptides! SO excited!

For a second there, I thought you were gonna MAKE your own peptides from raw materials. I was like, wow, I have a LOT to learn... I'm a few weeks behind you. Just ordered my first stuff the other day.

    GLP-1 break: good idea?

Yeah, I saw a Reddit thread where almost everyone who stopped Ozempic gained it all back. Someone said their doctor told them most people regain the weight, so it's probably a lifetime thing.

    GLP-1 break: good idea?

I'm not sure about tirzepatide, but I know someone whose insurance stopped covering it, and she quit 2mg sema for about 2 months. After the break, she started wegovy at 2.4mg and ended up in the ER with three days of constant vomiting. Apparently, her tolerance dropped significantly.
