    Lost 80lbs this year!

The taper-plus-gym combination is the playbook that actually gets the muscle back - the high dose suppresses appetite but also pulls from muscle if you're not countering it with resistance work. The exercise list is solid for the posterior chain specifically, and inclined walking is underrated...

    One year on MJ!

196 lbs in a year is rare. Microdosing in year 2 when you're at or near goal is the right conversation to have.

Reta progress - 3 weeks in!

The tirz comparison is the main framing issue - tirz crushes appetite more aggressively in weeks 1-4 because the GIP mechanism front-loads the satiety signal. Reta's triple mechanism tends to show more gradual onset, especially for previous tirz users whose receptors are already sensitized. Four...

    Titration Troubles & Tolerance?

Replace Ipa, Tesa, DSIP with HGH. For sleep, plain melatonin works best for me even as a chronic insomniac. Drop Wolverine — redundant. If injury doesn't improve after one round of KLOW, try Wolverine at higher dose. Wouldn't stay on R30 if pinning only 2mg a week. Vial lasts 15 weeks unless...

    Mounjaro making me crazy?

It's interesting how people react to weight loss comments. Some love it, some hate it. Maybe just try to focus on how YOU feel about your progress, Shannon_1995.

Zepbound not working for me. help!

That's crazy good—260 to 172 is no joke. That "who is this" feeling takes forever to fade. On the 160 vs 170 thing you've got it right. If 172 feels natural and you're not grinding the whole time to stay there, that's worth way more than chasing another 10 just for the number. Easing down the...

    Battling the Nausea Rollercoaster

This happens even at the start dose. What helped: avoid fried, sugary, processed stuff. Force yourself to eat tiny portions — like one-eighth of normal — every couple hours. Nausea gets worse without food. Fluids matter a ton. Ask your doc for Zofran if it's bad. Reading through the threads here...

    Mounjaro making me crazy?

Not exactly this. I've seen people get impatient with others who aren't taking as much responsibility for themselves. But that always seemed more about that person's life than the medication itself.

    Mounjaro making me crazy?

Food's not my comfort anymore either. Had to find something else to fill that role.

    Reta transition woes?

I did 1500–1700 for the first 8 months and lost 70. Now I'm holding around 1700–2k and haven't budged in 4 months. Still want to drop 5–10 more but protein first, every time. My nutritionist said 100g at 1700 cal minimum.

Reta from overseas, worth the risk?

Found tiny undissolved specs in my vial and wondered how much I'd lose filtering it. Bounced this off someone and they said usually under 5-10 percent, often closer to 2-5 for small specs. So if you reconstitute 5mg in 2ml and use a 4mm filter you're looking at 0.07ml loss which is only 3.5 percent.

Down 18lbs in 6 mo... slow n steady!

I think everyone's path is their own. Some need a little help, some don't. What matters is focusing on being healthier. For me, that meant dropping weight to ease the strain on my heart.

Zepbound not working for me. help!

Update: My doctor suggested I try a different medication. We're going to switch me over to semaglutide and see if that works better. Fingers crossed! [emoji]

Down 18lbs in 6 mo... slow n steady!

My insurance covers mine. I have a heart condition so the risk of extra weight is worse than the risk of any side effects from this drug. The drugs are safe. It's all about risk vs reward for me.
