Hey Zara_79, just wanted to say I get the nausea too. It's not really the 'point' of the drug, but it's a common side effect. Make sure you're drinking tons of water. Maybe ask your doctor about something for the nausea if it's really bad. And try eating smaller meals more often. It helped me a bit.
