Losing weight FAST?!

Outlier pace at the start is more common than people realize - some people just respond that way. Enjoy it while it lasts.

60 lbs in 80 days is unusually fast at 1.7mg - protein and resistance training matter more the quicker the rate. Muscle loss at that pace requires active counterwork.

Starting at 305 and losing 23 lbs over a few months on Wegovy is actually pretty standard early trajectory at that starting weight - the concern about sustainability applies more when the rate is high relative to current body weight. Getting serious about eating habits partway through is when the real acceleration tends to happen anyway.

10 lbs passively before dialing in diet is actually a reasonable start - the medication moves the needle slowly for some and the food work in month 4 tends to accelerate it.

10 months at a starting weight of 250 and 20 lbs total is on the slower side, which is frustrating. The early fast loss then plateau pattern at 2.4mg suggests you may have hit the ceiling for response on semaglutide. What's your energy like? Some people find switching to tirzepatide breaks through a sema plateau pretty effectively.

84 lbs at 7.5 Mounjaro before switching to 0.5 Wegovy and still maintaining suppression is a strong starting position. The slow-going feeling after the big early losses is almost universal - the pace does feel different when you're not working off the same initial deficit. The OP's 1.7mg is a higher range for Wegovy - how long did it take to get there and what happened to the pace when you did?
