Not sure honestly. People get facelifts constantly, similar though not identical to a neck lift. Risk of a hematoma needing follow-up treatment sits around 1.8-2%, nerve damage under 1%. Even those cases mostly resolve on their own within six to twelve months, roughly three-quarters to nine-tenths of cases clearing up. So if someone's aiming for a really lean BMI, low twenties or under, and loose skin's still bothersome, worth weighing the cost against those odds.
Might get a facelift myself down the road just for wrinkles. Planning to try GHK-Cu, microneedling, laser treatments, that sort of thing well before then, starting with GHK-Cu since it's the easiest, the rest only if it feels worth pursuing later.
