Skin Removal after GLP-1s - Worth it?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Started injecting B-complex with some B-5 because it's being studied for hair loss. Really helped with graying and my hairline is fuller now. Takes two months to kick in but the fine hairs showing up proved it. Adding vitamin E and collagen too, all pretty cheap.

I read that insurance sometimes covers skin removal surgery if it's documented. Depends on your policy and what your records show.

I'm super picky with protein shakes but the fair-life ones from Costco are actually worth the price. Tastes exactly like chocolate milk with zero aftertaste.

started 75kg, just hit 64kg, aiming for 56-58kg final. pre-perimenopause i was 56-63, ideal 58. set my goal at the bottom expecting ~3kg bounce. ideally hit 58 and maintenance for a year before stopping, but perimenopause inflammation will probably roar back.

The shift from hating loose skin to seeing it as evidence of the work - that's a perspective change worth having regardless of whether surgery is eventually on the table. 80 lbs is a major result. Does the current stage change how you're thinking about the surgery question?
