Reta making my heart skip?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Honestly nervous about certain performance compounds affecting the heart. Ran a particular cycle several times without any issue. Actually had a cardiac scan done recently and briefly panicked thinking years of repeated cycles might've enlarged part of the heart, but everything checked out fine thankfully.

An amino acid supplement helps calm that right down, available over the counter too. Works great for me, take a couple milligrams daily, also helps with leg cramps. Same ingredient found in a lot of energy drinks.

Would an amino acid supplement help bring the heart rate down? Come across some sources suggesting it might, though there's a lot of conflicting information floating around out there.

Honestly kind of a self-inflicted thing, mostly happens to people skipping cardiac supplements. Curious though, are you regularly taking magnesium or potassium? Full disclosure, I'm mostly just guessing here.
